If you allow us to do so, we're happy to continuously find and recommend options for your Partners to take on more and more, enabling you to hand off more stressors in your life. We won't just work with you on this, but we'll be proactively working with your Delegation Specialist to come up with new tasks.

Partner puts our prospective Partners through "The Academy", our in-house training academy designed by some of the world's best Executive Assistants. It's an intensive 4-week bootcamp, wherein talents learn everything they need to in order to deliver an unmatched level of capability in their role.
Partners also have free access to Wing's Academy during their time with you, we offer hundreds of courses to help them upskill on certain software, skills, and tools. You can ask them to take any course, and Wing's training team will help your Partner go through the relevant training.

Most people have no idea how to best utilize an Executive Assistant, that's why we've spent the past decade figuring it all out, and training our Delegation Specialists in the art of delegation. Our Delegation Specialists will work with you, hands on, to help you figure out what you can hand off to Partner. They'll be your own personal delegation consultant, learning about your life & business.

Most people have no idea how to best utilize an Executive Assistant, that's why we've spent the past decade figuring it all out, and training our Delegation Specialists in the art of delegation. Our Delegation Specialists will work with you, hands on, to help you figure out what you can hand off to Partner. You've Got Backup
If your Partner is sick, unavailable, on leave, or in any other kind of situation that prevents them from providing you with the normal help & support - we'll make sure you have backup. Of course, your backup Partner isn't going to be as knowledgeable as your personal Partner, but we want to make sure you aren't left without any support. Backup Partners help ensure that.
